การคำนวณ Leverage และ Margin ที่ใช้

สมมติ Leverage 1:500 เราจะมี Margin เท่าไร สามารถหาได้จาก

Margin = 1/Leverage หรือ Leverage = 1/Margin

Solution #1
         Leverage 1:500 
         Margin  = 1/500 = 0.002

ในกรณีที่ต้องการซื้อขาย จะมีการซื้อขายเป็นปริมาณโดยบอกเป็น Volume และมีการคำนวณ Magin ก่อน  เพื่อให้ทราบว่าจะต้องใช้ Magin เท่าไรในการเปิด Order และเรามี Margin เพียงพอหรือไม่

ตัวอย่างเช่น
ต้องการเทรดด้วย Volume ขนาด  0.01 lot บัญชี Standart

***จากกราฟ EUR/USD มีอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนอยู่ที่ 1.06581
***1 Lotsize สำหรับ Standard Lots จะมีขนาด 100,000 Unit Trader 
      1 Lotsize สำหรับ Micro Lots จะมีขนาด 1,000 Unit Trader

เพราะฉะนั้น Volume 0.01 จะมีขนาด 1,000 units trader 

Margin Requirement = Current Price x Units Traded x Margin  

Margin require =  1.06581  x 1,000 x 0.002
                         = 2.13162  USD

Solution #2

         Leverage 1:10 
         Margin  = 1/10 = 0.1
         Volume 0.1 (Standdart Lots) = 1,000 Unit Trader
         EUR/USD อัตราแลกเปลี่ยนอยู่ที่  1.06581

Margin require =  1.06581  x 1,000 x 0.1
                         = 106.581  USD

Solution #3

         Leverage 1:200 
         Margin  = 1/200 = 0.005
         Volume 0.5 (Micro Lots)

***จากกราฟ EUR/JPY มีอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนอยู่ที่ 120.665
***1 Lotsize สำหรับ Standard Lots จะมีขนาด 100,000 Unit Trader 
      1 Lotsize สำหรับ Micro Lots จะมีขนาด 1,000 Unit Trader

เพราะฉะนั้น Volume 0.05 จะมีขนาด 1,000x0.05 = 500 units trader 

Margin Requirement = Current Price x Units Traded x Margin  

Margin require =  120.665  x 500 x 0.005
                         =  301.6625  Cent
